The 3rd annual winter Whinge! Festival will take place at the Kress Contemporary Saturday January 24th. This year’s festival is just $5, to cover lunch! Over the course of the day we will see 16 artists try out brand new never before seen ideas! We will have our classic Sack Lunch where we come together to talk about the arts in Tampa Bay and about all the experiments we’ve been seeing at Whinge at about 4pm!
