That’s right – we have a new winter festival! This is a festival of experimentation, ideas, risk taking. A “scratch” festival!

Applications for performance inclusion closes at MIDNIGHT FRIDAY NOVEMBER 10th! There is no fee to apply and selected performers receive a small stipend.
